At the core of the i.am College Track program is the 10-year commitment they make to each student. Primarily assisting those who are first-generation and low-income, they equip students with the proper tools to succeed well after college graduation.

This year, the i.am/Angel Foundation and i.am College Track proudly celebrate 51 college alumni and 59 high school graduates.

This is the second set of college graduates since the beginning of the i.am/Angel Foundation and College Track partnership in 2012. Our college scholars graduated from some of the top schools across the nation, including Georgetown University, Mills College, Occidental College, University of Southern California, Wesleyan University, and various other UC and CSU schools. i.am college track is also celebrating the 59 high school students who graduated this year and will be heading off to college. Their path to higher education begins at schools such as Yale University, USC, UCLA, UC Berkeley, and UC San Diego, as well as schools throughout the state of California.

Post-graduation, the i.am College Track program continues to determine ways to best offer support. These strategies also assist with connecting students to one another and help build a network. This year, i.am College Track held its first Alumni Mixer and Launch to College AND Careers (LTCC). Previously, the program explicitly held their annual graduation ceremony for students graduating from high school, but since then have now included the verbiage “careers” to celebrate those who have graduated from college and will begin their professional occupations. Equipped with four-year college degrees in numerous majors including engineering, health sciences, computer science, statistics, psychology, sociology and business, our alumni will go on to lead diverse industries.

Congratulations to the entire Class of 2022!
